Our concern: To harvest fine and field vegetable crops of high quality. We use almost exclusively seed-solid varieties from biodynamic cultivation. Our quality standards aim to provide consumers with attractive products that are digestible and „full of joie de vivre“; especially in terms of inner quality.
Dealing with more than 50 cultures and their demands constantly challenges us to train our green thumbs. A feeling for the respective culture, a profound knowledge of the needs of each species is necessary. Thus, a conversation can be developed with weeds and cultivated plants about the questions: Who are you, what are your skills, what do you need from us? This helps us in the choice of fertilisation, soil cultivation, crop rotation and the question: Which location is the most suitable for which crop?
